Terms of Service
Effective February 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Dilly Dally platform ("Service"), an evidence-grounded document intelligence service that parses, verifies, and writes structured outputs you can trust. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process documents you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the Service.
- Introduce malware, interfere with the Service's operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and underlying models are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.
Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated extractions and verifications are provided as aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for any consequential purpose, including tax filing or regulatory compliance.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and you may request deletion of your data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
